1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 15vip platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing 15vip's website, mobile application or any other service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• The total balance including the bonus (bonus + deposit) must be wagered 10 times (10x wagering requirement)
• The bonus may only be used on eligible games

5.2 General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotions and offers:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met
• 15vip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.3 VIP Program

The 15vip VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback offer is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Earning and progressing through VIP tiers depends on your regular gaming activity. The benefits and terms for each tier apply separately. Cashback amounts will be paid on a weekly basis in accordance with the applicable rules.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage

8.2 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons and the user is found to be innocent following an investigation, any remaining valid balance will be returned via the relevant payment method. However, if the account is closed due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited.
